First introduced as a concept vehicle at the 2016 North American International Auto Show in Detroit, the Kia Telluride was a hit with its upscale look, suicide doors and striking Dark Myrite Paint. Sporting design elements borrowed from Range Rover, Volvo and Lincoln, the production version was officially introduced at the 2019 North American International Auto Show.
In my time with this vehicle, I am incredibly impressed. While it is not quite as refined as a Lincoln Navigation, this 3-row luxury SUV is $45,000 LESS than the Navigator! Interior fit and finish is really nice, exterior styling is spot on and ride quality is good. Interior is pretty quiet and smooth. In addition, I really like the 10.2" landscape oriented touchscreen, 7" TFT driver display with Blind Spot Cameras and Heads-Up Display controls really put the interior together. Overall, I am really impressed with this vehicle, and now I am looking forward to reviewing its stablemate, the Hyundai Palisade!
