Ingredients for Prawn Curry :
Prawns - 500 grams
(shelled & deveined- I have kept the heads intact, you can discard them)
Onions - 2 medium sliced
Ginger - 1 inch cut into juliennes
Garlic - 6 to 7 cloves, juliennes
Green Chillies - 2 to 3 slit
Tamarind (soak a small ball in water and extract pulp)
Rice flour - 1 tsp (make a slurry with 1/4 cup water)
Botte Masala/Curry Masala - 1.5 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves for garnish
