Noodle Me is a chinese noodle bar in bloor west village. They make hand-pulled noodles or lamian. The noodle making process involves taking a lump of dough and repeatedly stretching, smacking.. and smacking some more to produce many strands. These noodles then get boiled and can be served in a soup, or even a chow mein.
