Margaret Thatcher's spin doctor, Lord Tim Bell, who co-founded the controversial British public relations company, Bell Pottinger, has died.
Bell Pottinger collapsed into administration in 2017 amid a scandal over a racially charged PR campaign in South Africa. Bell was famous in the UK for his role in managing the advertising campaigns that saw Conservative party leader Margaret Thatcher winning three elections in a row in the 1980s.
