We talk a lot in minimalism about those “just in case” items we keep because we’re worried about getting rid of them. I've talked about how storing them away for a period of time can help us get clearer on what we want to do with them. About a month ago, I decluttered my wardrobe which was a very anxiety-inducing experience and in this video, I take my "just in case" items back out of the wardrobe and go through them. Am I going to be full of anxiety again or does the process of putting items away allow time to think differently and get a new perspective?
