After Sacramento Police Officer Tara O'Sullivan's death, many questioned the department about why it took so long to get O'Sullivan from the home on Redwood Avenue, where she and others were ambushed, to the hospital. "In no way will we ever place blame on any of the officers who displayed such professionalism and courage during this tragedy," Taras's father Denis O'Sullivan said, adding that the shooter is the only person to blame.
