1/2 kg chicken mince
oil 1/4 cup
yogurt 1/2 cup
salt 1/2 tsp
garam masala pwd 1/4 tsp
dry roasted cumin pwd 1 tsp
dry roasted coriander pwd 1 tsp
black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
ginger paste 1 tsp
garlic paste 1 tsp
green chili chopped or paste 1 tbsp
paste of 1 med size onion or 1 cup
green chilies 3,4
ginger sliced 1/2 inch piece
fresh coriander 2,3 tbsp
cream 2,3 tsp
preheat oil in a pan and add onion paste
when water gets dry from it add chicken,G.G paste and all spices.
mix well and cook 2 minutes.
when chicken,s water gets dry add yogurt and slow down the flame to cook mince properly.
when it become tender add green chilies,ginger sliced and fresh coriander in it.
mix and add cream .simmer for 1 minute and serve with hot and crispy parathas.
