Have you wondered why you tend to get sick when stressed? Do you find yourself getting sick whenever you are stressed? If you answered yes to either of these questions and are interested in finding out how stress relates to getting sick, check out this video. This video looks at the process of stress response, the symptoms associated with stress, how stress impacts our health, habits that influence stress levels and different resources available to better manage stress.
