Ingredients
Yogurt 1 cup
Garlic 4-5 cloves
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tsp
Method:
Grate the garlic cloves finely.
Squeeze out juice from the grated garlic.
Beat yogurt & add garlic juice.
Also add water to desired level of thickness of raita.
Add salt to taste & little red chilli powder. Just a little would do the job as we do not want the raita to be hot-spicy.
Heat oil in a small pan. Keep heat High.
Now add the grated garlic from which juice was squeezed.
Fry the garlic till it turns brown.
Add the brown garlic in the yogurt.
Raita is ready to be served after 5 minutes.
Enjoy with Biryani or Pulav.
