Avalon Zelena continues to progress. More shops are coming online, and buildings 4 and 5 are nearing completion. I also discuss the condo association, aka OSBB.
Avalon Zelena is a New Construction Apartment Building Project in Lviv, Ukraine. This journal covers my renovation and the progress in the surrounding area. I bought a grey-finish apartment in 2018. It took two years to complete construction and another 18 months to renovate, most during COVID-19. Despite the ongoing Russian invasion, rocket attacks, and war, I decided to stay in Lviv, Ukraine.
