If you’re trying to learn some new arm balances, try taking the shape to ‘FuNky ArMs’ first!!
Funky arms is the name given to having one forearm and one hand down as opposed to 2 palms (or 2 forearms!) It may sound more complex or advanced but I promise you it’s a brilliant gateway to making these hard postures a *little* more accessible - but let’s not pretend that it makes them ‘easy’ 😂🥵

The key is to place the elbow roughly where the fingers were and place the forearm diagonally so you form a nice stable, triangular base. Hope this helps and have fun practicing!
