Vintage Elements offers their clients a unique service by slab sawing our reclaimed French oak, reclaimed French pine as well as our reclaimed American hand hewn timbers. By slab sawing a beam we remove approx. 1" of the beam and creating a perfectly flat surface for the full length of the timber. This will allow the carpenter or framer to effortless mount the beam on the ceiling. With our 55' bed sawmill, we can straighten out even the longest timbers in dimensions up to 24" x 28".
