'I'm sure he'll be watching down over me'
Captain Louis Rudd is hoping to be the first person to ski solo across Antarctica, in memory of his friend who died while doing the same journey.
He will travel 1,100 miles alone for 75 days experiencing temperatures averaging -30 degrees.
