Blackberry Smash

3 blackberries
1 oz Ice Wine
2 oz bourbon
3 dashes bitters

Muddle berries with ice wine and top with remaining ingredients. Shake all ingredients and strain into a coup. Garnish with 2 blackberries on a spear.
