This is the second part of a multi-part Pre-Round warm up set of videos. Depending on the time we have, we want to start our round with some stretching exercises, before we start hitting some balls at the Driving Range. Assuming we have the time to do so, let's now continue with hitting some balls and getting a feel for our shot tendancies...
A few minutes on the range helps players enhance their ability to play excellent strokes by improving golf adaptability and flexibility.
When performing these 10 minute driving range sessions, be sure to warm up and stretch first and if any of the exercises cause pain or severe discomfort, discontinue immediately.
