If I can say anything about this first real estate flip, it's that I am learning A LOT! This flip is not yet done but I cannot wait to carry all the knowledge I learned from this first flip over to the next one. From wholesaling real estate to now flipping houses, this has been a crazy transition.

It's easy to make mistakes on your first fixer upper house. That's why I am sharing my WHOLE journey. I want you all to see my successes but more importantly I want to share my failures, my mistakes, so you guys can avoid these things and your first flip can go smoothly. My biggest goal is to teach beginners how to get started in real estate with little to no money so you can start changing your life just like I turned my life around through entrepreneurship.
