Each Sunday afternoon I would stop by the bakery to get some fresh baked hot cream buns. The dough was soft and warm, while the cream tasted rich with sweetness. A delicious treat to enjoy with the whole family. Malo!
Ingredients:
Dough
1 cup warm milk
1 tablespoon yeast
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 tablespoon melted butter
3 1/2 cup flour
1 tablespoon water
Cream
225 ml whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup icing sugar
