½ kg chicken boneless
Salt as per the taste
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
Add 2 tbsp oil
Fry the chicken until it turns into golden brown
Add ginger and garlic sliced
Spring onion
Add dried chilies
Add ½ tbsp Sichuan peppercorn
Add celery leaves (optional)
Add salt as per the taste
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp roasted chili powder
