4. When in the past did you feel this way? Recall early childhood experience.
5. How would you support this part of yourself, how can you nurture yourself now to grow more empowering beliefs?
6. What does a version of myself free from these limitations look like? Imagine the empowered and unrestrained version of yourself. How does this person act, think, and make decisions?
7. What is one small step I can take today to challenge or overcome one of these limitations? Identify a specific action you can take to start breaking through one of your barriers.
8. What resources or support do I need to empower myself and address these limitations? Think about who or what can help you on your journey to personal growth and overcoming these barriers.
