After having serviced a few of these KSS-190A mechs, I stopped paying close attention to what I was doing and got caught out.
I cleaned limit switches, replaced the belts and lubricated the loader guide rails. I cleaned and lubricated seized up pulley on which both belts sit - which is a common fault - and the drawer would still not move. It appeared to move easily before player's re-assembly, but once re-assembled, the motor would not move it.
Then I have found another totally seized up pulley and cleaned it up.
Ready to yet again re-assemble it, I looked at yet another one pulley which was moving but... when examined, it too had a lot of old, yellow, hardened grease.
Note to myself: if one is stuck - clean them all.
And the belt sizes for the CDP-337ESD are 46mm and 57mm with 2mm square cross section.
