blasphemous 2 has two different endings, one of them unlock only by completing the game and the other one requires a special item. fortunately, you don't need to complete the whole game twice to see both endings because every time you finish the game, you will return to your last checkpoint so you can finish the game again. To determine the ending, you must choose between sacrificing or keeping Incense of the Envogs after you kill Eviterno.

If you kill Devotion Incarnate after sacrificing Incense of the Envogs, you will see this ending.

How to find Incense of the Envoys
Find the required Altarpieces and place them in the appropriate slots, then go to the Chapel of the Five Doves and open the door in front of the Crimson Rains entrance then stand in front of the bonfire and sacrifice the 4 Altarpieces to get the Incense of the Envoys.
