How to make simple semolina dumplings?
My all time favorite soup is the golden soup with semolina dumplings.
There is no rule for what to use for a good soup.
You can make a good soup from whatever meat you crave for.
The only one thing we need to pay attention to is that the soup must be transparent and clear when you plate it.
Easy, simple semolina dumplings:
2 beaten eggs, 100 g semolina, black pepper, salt.
Beat the eggs, then mix with the semolina.
Add chopped salt and black pepper. Cover with a foil and place the mixture in the for at least 10 minutes.
If you eat all the dumplings and the soup the same day you make them, then cook the dumplings in the soup.
Place the dumplings with the help of teaspoons into simmering salty water, for approximately 15-20 minutes.
Your dumplings are ready when they double, almost triple in size and they look fluffy and airy.
