Spanish pronunciation #4: tips to improve the pronunciation in Spanish
In the last videos I talked about the Spanish sounds that present more problems among students.
In this video I give some tips to improve your pronunciation:
STEP 1: know the Spanish sounds that are new for you, and learn to recognise them
STEP 2: listen to recordings done by natives. Start with single words (for example in Duolingo or other learning apps). Pay attention to how the words are written and pronounced. Pay attention to the words you do understand. Then move on to full sentences and texts (apps, audiobooks, YouTube videos, etc).
Remember that YouTube allows you to change the speed, that is, you can slow the video down if that helps you to better understand.
STEP 3: record yourself and compare to the native recording.
