After the dash cam was professionally installed I noticed there was beeping. I saw that the rear cam was cutting in and out of the picture. It happened several times and it’s very annoying.
Troubleshooting steps taken:
1. Disconnected rear cam from main unit and observed the behavior for 3 days. Beeping stopped
Thoughts:
-After looking at some Reddit posts. There was a suggestion that it could be the wires that were used could be faulty.
-could be the rear camera itself
-could be the main unit having trouble connecting to the camera.
-I did adjust some of the settings (can’t remember which ones)
