Quick test of XF705 infrared for daytime shots. Shot in cLOG using Hoya R72 IR 58mm filter. This was shot on a rainy day. Almost everything that appears bright white is actually green. Conclusion: this mode is only useful for night shots. Unlike other video cameras who's IR feature simply uncovers the IR filter over the sensor, the IR function on this camera goes into a monochromatic night mode in full-auto, negating the ability to do anything remotely creative.
