Many businesses in Yuba and Sutter counties are about to reopen despite the statewide stay-at-home order that is still in place. Beginning 12:01 a.m. Monday, two new orders go into effect. The first requires people to wear facial coverings in public. The second order allows businesses that have limited contact with customers over shorter periods to reopen.
