Today we would like to share with you all about Construction Updated for Cable - Stayed Concrete Bridge 🌉 at Russey Keo District in Phnom Penh.
Another bridge will be put into operation early next year. The cable - stayed concrete
bridge @Russey Keo District– which spans the Tonle Sap.
According to the Capital Administration the bridge will connect Russey Keo District to the Chroy Changvar Development Zone. The bridge is scheduled to be completed by March 2023.
The bridge itself is 922 metres long and 20.5 metres wide. The bridge also features a 1.25 metres long pedestrian lane on each side of the bridge. The construction of the bride is financed by OCIC with a budget of $35 million.
Authorities confirmed that the bridge will facilitate traffic flow and provide a direct route from the NR 5 and NR 6, as well as provide a new route to the new Morodok Techo Stadium where SEA Game 2023 will take place.
