A solo KCS “thunder cab” SD70ACE w/ a Godly sounding 1st Gen K5LLA leads a fairly quick NB manifest heading for Houston. Pretty good catch here. Good speed, good solo leader, nice clouds to block the sun, a badass NF K5LLA, and some great horn action. Definitely one of the better sounding K5LLA’s I’ve heard in a while. These 1st Gen K5LLA’s have become rare on KCS as many are being replaced with mostly RL K5LA’s. It’s a very good treat to hear a thunder cab ACE with its original K5LLA.
