New details about Myles Garrett’s single-car crash have emerged, including the extent of his injuries and body cam footage from the scene.

The video, released Tuesday by the Medina County Sheriff’s Office via News 5 in Cleveland, shows the star Browns defensive end sitting on the grass on the side of the highway next to his damaged Porsche while being attended to by firefighters and medical personnel.
