Due to the complexity of Ram’s factory air ride system, we highly recommend using only an experienced suspension specialist for installation. BDS is not liable for any costs associated with problems resulting from the improper installation of this system.
Failure to disable the air suspension system prior to installation can result in excessive leakage from the system and damage to the air compressor assembly.
Extreme care must be taken to follow the steps of these instructions to prevent damage to the rear air bags during the installation and filling process. Costly replacement airbags and a trip to a RAM dealer for diagnostics and system fill may be required if leaks are present or the air bags are not installed according to these instructions.
