Another touchy subject but sometimes these things need to be discussed so that lives can be saved and people can realize they are not alone when they have certain feelings about themselves.
Everybody has to deal with hardships in their own way.
Some of us can express it through song writing, others story telling or art, there are endless ways to express your emotions and I think as a society we shouldn't feel ashamed of these feelings and should be able to openly speak about how we feel.

Ren is one of those musicians who has made it a lot easier for people to open up about mental health issues and that is a very special gift cause maybe it will help people deal with their traumas and see that maybe they to can over come anything. There is always hope.
