A new report to the US Congress says China has been aggressively working to strengthen its economy and military. It recommends ramping up government support for artificial intelligence, restricting some Chinese exports and limit China’s access to military technology. It comes less than two months until the new Trump Presidency, which could lead to a trade war over higher tariffs.
