Finally, the special locomotive for which I'm waiting for to capture is captured today.
Yesterday I got the information from a railfan that the Tughlaqabad (TKD) WDP4B "Dhillika" locomotive is with 09566 Dehradun-Okha Uttranchal Exp.
And today I have captured the same. It's nice newly painted old classic livery of WDM4.
