Going back to try more blades with my loaner Game Changer 68 OC head. The Astra did very well. And let's use Gravefruit, because Stephen plans to release it one last time in a couple of weeks. And I miss my Lather Games win TDR Brush, so let's use it too.
Razor: Razorock - Game Changer .68 OC (Mild)
Blade: Astra - Superior Platinum (2)
Lather: Southern Witchcrafts - Gravefruit
Brush: Declaration Grooming - B4 26mm That Darn Rob Bronze/Green (4 uses)
Post: Stirling - Triumph
*Razor and Blade Notes* - Razorock - Game Changer .68 OC (Mild) ::: Astra - Platinum (2 uses):
Great match between razor and blade. Very close shave with very high comfort. I'm glad to find such a cheap blade that does so well in this one.
*Soap Notes* - Southern Witchcrafts - Gravefruit:
Them: "A collaboration between Australian Private Reserve and Southern Witchcrafts. Notes: Green Mango, Bergamot, Yuzu, White Grapefruit, Pear, Cedarwood, Elemi, Frankincense, Vetiver, Freesia, Aldehydes, Ho Wood, Sandalwood, Costus, Jasmine Sambac"
Scent: Right off the puck, I got the grapefruit and mango. But when lathered, more came out. During the shave, I mainly get grapefruit, mango, pear, yuzu, and aldehydes.
I'm sure the other stuff is in there, as supporting cast. Or they may be waiting to be discovered later, as sometimes happens.
APR did an amazing job on this scent! The high citrus of the grapefruit works so well with the sweetness of the other fruits, and the aldehydes accent both so well. The balance between elements here is wonderful and very interesting.
Scent Strength: 5/10, present during shaving.
Lather: Man, Stephen and Kourtney have a good thing going on. This was luxurious during the rinses, while still being well-hydrated and creamy. Great glide, and superb protection.
Hydration: Perfect (for me)
* 25 sec load with a Lightly-Wet brush
* 2 tsp added to make lather
* = 5 passes of lather
Bowl: Roger Quintero 3D Printed Bowl
I use the XL version of this bowl.

*Brush Notes* - Declaration Grooming - B4 26mm That Darn Rob Bronze/Green (4 uses):
Super soft tips and pretty easy splay. A dense one, so that differs it from the silvertip from yesterday. Different kind of softness.
**Shave Quality**
During the Shave Feel:
Cheeks: Almost Smooth
Neck: Almost Smooth
After the Shave Closeness:
Cheeks: Near BBS - About as close as I'll ever get
Neck: Cut flush to where I just see the tips (above average for me)
I'm gradually adding answers to frequent questions here: [ Ссылка ]
Wetshaving is the age-old shaving method where you create a lather from a soap or cream, usually with a brush. And these days, we also usually mean using a safety razor (aka double edge or DE) or single edge or straight razor to remove the hair. We often enjoy less irritated skin, healthier skin, more enjoyable shaves, and often closer shaves than those who use a multi-bladed cartridge and canned shaving foam.
