The hip / glute bridge is often taught incorrectly. Please watch this short video from Coach Trevor from THE MS GYM on how to perform the hip bridge correctly.
PROPER TECHNIQUE:
1. Feet straight and knee at hip width.
2. Abs down and shoulder blades relaxed.
3. Lift your butt until your glutes contract.
DO NOT:
- PUSH INTO FEET OR YOUR NECK
- DO NOT GO HIGHER, HIGHER, HIGHER. THIS IS NOT A SPINAL EXERCISE!!
