INSTRUCTIONS!!!
There are four different versions of this program; bear with me, I'll explain.

You reading this is a sign that you will shift, don't worry, relax and enjoy your unique journey!
♫ Now, the instructions: This video is one of the most effective ways to reprogram your subconscious mind. It might as well be the most effective one for you personally. The idea is that your mind is extremely receptive during the REM stages of sleep. Also, It naturally goes through different brain wave cycles (such as delta and theta). During sleep, information that this receptive mind receives goes straight to your subconscious.
♫ How to use it: I strongly recommend using headphones, but it is not a necessity. Scroll a couple of hours into the video and adjust the volume to a comfortable level, and then make it a little quieter: trust me on this one. Once you are asleep, the volume will seem amplified, and you risk waking up because of the loudness (even though it seemed like just the right volume when you were awake). Don't worry about the effectiveness of this being altered: as long as you hear the normal speed affirmations, and preferably the "loud subliminal" (accelerated affirmations), your subconscious mind will receive them while you are asleep!
♫ About the subliminal: It is hearable on purpose. Since while you are asleep the only mind that hears the sounds is the subconscious one, there is no need to hide the affirmations from your conscious one. So we will just let you receive affirmations without masking.
♫ Versions of this:
On my channel, you will find 4 versions of that particular program:
1) Out Loud Affirmations + Subliminal, 10 hrs
2) Out Loud Affirmations + Subliminal + Solfeggio Frequency Music, 10 hrs
Between those two, I recommend trying both and seeing which one feels right for you. Judge by your overall feeling in the morning. I find it varies from person to person, so I made two options for you to choose from.
3) Only Subliminal, 10 hrs.
This one is pretty self-explanatory. The first two are much more effective, so this one does not replace them, but it might come in handy for different occasions. For example, you want to listen to it during the day, you want to meditate with it, or you want to use it without headphones, and you do not live alone.
4) Out Loud Affirmations + Subliminal, 90 min. This is a short version of the first one. You can use it for power naps.
