An agricultural plastic recycling line includes shears or guillotines, rotary cutters, shredders, transporting blowers, storing and dosing silo and conveyor belts.

The plastics mainly come from greenhouse covers, cultivating blankets, thermal blankets, micro-perforated film, crates of fruit and vegetables, etc.

Once the plastic has been cut and shredded, it is sent to a trommel system to be dry cleaned and then be washed with water. Once this is finished, the material is stored in a dosing silo to then be extruded.

The main objective of our machines is to create recycled polyethylene and polypropylene for businesses that wish to reduce their environmental impact and therefore, participate in a circular economy.

The obtained chips and granules are optimal to manufacture furniture, injections to manufacture baskets, buckets, bags and similar products.
