Rice: 150 grams
Butter: 20 grams
Onion: 35 grams
Raisins or other dried fruits: 30 grams
Almonds (slivered or chopped): 20 grams
Garlic: 1 clove
Cumin: 1/4 teaspoon
Turmeric: 1/4 teaspoon
Cinnamon: 1/8 teaspoon
Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
