Avocado Egg Salad adds a tasty touch to the traditional egg salad. I have to say that while egg salad is delicious, it isn't the most exciting meal on the menu. So, for a totally fresh take on the classic, I decided to add avocados, red onions, paprika, dill, and a few other things. The end result is incredible!
