Shante Duffy is the VP of Operations of BIFI Loan Servicing LLC, a note servicing company created by investors for investors. Shante is all too familiar with the frustrations felt by investors when servicing their loans. In partnership with seasoned note investors, Shante is parlaying her 8 years of experience into a servicing company with a mission to alleviate many of the headaches investors encounter during the life of their loans. As Shante explains she services loans from "the cradle to the grave" allowing note investors to free up their time to focus on what they do best, invest.
