In This Video We Are Looking At Manjaro 24.2 "Yonada" has officially launched as the latest version of this popular Arch Linux-based distribution, tailored for desktop users.
This release features updated desktop environments, including:
1️⃣ GNOME 47 – Brings accent color support, UI refinements, and enhanced hardware features.
2️⃣ KDE Plasma 6.2 – Packed with new features and visual improvements.
3️⃣ Xfce 4.18 – Still going strong, with Xfce 4.20 expected later this month.
Manjaro 24.2 is powered by the Linux 6.12 LTS kernel, the newly declared Long Term Support kernel. However, users can stick with Linux 6.6 LTS or Linux 6.1 LTS if preferred.
