I made a full recreation of the School Rumble ending with Evangelion characters, and yes I was gone for over 3 months because of this.

All backgrounds and drawings were done by me, some of the drawings are traces from the original series/official art. I could say a LOT about this but to keep it short let's just say this was even more ambitious than I anticipated (around 150-200 hours in total).
