The Rafiki Girls Program is a center which equips underprivileged and at-risk teens and young women with education, life skills and independence. The program staff and teachers strive to uplift Zimbabwean women through economic, social and spiritual empowerment.

Since 2002, hundreds of girls have received vocational training in areas such as: catering, teaching, tailoring, interior decor, flower arranging, first aid, and other disciplines. In addition to these practical skills, Rafiki looks to raise awareness for social issues prevalent in Zimbabwe such as HIV / AIDS, gender roles, etc. The center's ultimate goal is to build a successful generation and address poverty as well as injustice with holistic empowerment.
