I’m really excited to share a video that takes you behind the scenes of how we plan the farm. It is truly a window into our unconventional process and is my favorite video to date!
Even though I’ve been creating a farm plan for nearly 20 years now, I always find this activity to be quite daunting. It’s a delicate balance between dreaming big and also trying to be as realistic as possible about our many limitations.
Because Jill and I are visual learners, pictures, paper, and writing things out make sense to our brains. And while we’re often told it’s not the most “efficient” way to plan, it really works for us.
This year Chris captured the months-long process on camera so that we could share it with you.
