Sky News host Steve Price says the Victorian government have responded to the backlash over the rollout of wind turbines and transmission lines.
Mr Price said The Age reported this week the government is considering a “$40,000 payment to compensate landowners for transmission tower eyesores”.
“A property owner can seek a payment if they can prove they’ve had a significant loss of visual amenity,” Mr Price said.
