Method for Phool Makhana Halwa Recipe:
1. **Prepare Ingredients:** Roast a large bowl of phool makhana on low flame until crisp, then cool and grind into a fine powder. Fry dry nuts in 1 tsp desi ghee on low flame and set aside.
2. **Roast Semolina:** In a pan, heat 3 tsp desi ghee, add 1 cup of semolina (sooji), and roast on low flame until golden brown.
3. **Prepare Sugar Syrup:** In another pan, boil 3 cups of water with 3-4 crushed green cardamoms, 2 tsp desi ghee, and sugar to taste, stirring until the syrup thickens.
4. **Combine and Cook:** Gradually add the roasted semolina and phool makhana powder to the sugar syrup, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Add the roasted nuts, mix well, cover the pan with a lid, and cook on low flame for 3 minutes.
