Ingredients:
Vegan Breakfast Sausage:
1 cup of walnuts (soaked overnight or for at least 3 hours)
2 cups of portobello mushrooms
1 cup cooked red lentils
1 cup rolled oats
3 tbs flax meal
2-3 tbs nutritional yeast
1 tbs maple syrup
1 tbs coco aminos
2 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp crushed fennel seeds
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried sage
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dried basil
Chickpea Egg rounds:
1 Cup chickpea flour
1 cup spring water
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp black salt
Black pepper to taste
Vegan Butter Swim Biscuits:
2.5 cup bread flour
4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp salt
1 tbs coconut sugar
2 cups almond milk
2 tbs apple cider vinegar
1/2 stick vegan butter, melted
