All the benefits of Reels while only putting together a carousel post?! It seems too good to be true but I noticed it and had to SPEAK UP.
As I was doom scrolling my feed (digital marketing professionals are guilty of this too), I noticed more and more carousel posts that were showing up in my Reels tab and seemed to be leveraging all the benefits of Reels.
And we all know that:
📼 Reels = great for organic discovery to new audiences
📸 other feed posts = great for community building/engagement among your existing audience
So this just might be the power combo to leverage both format benefits for max organic engagement AND reach 🔥
So here’s how you can experiment with this:
→ find a trending audio
→ simply add it to the next high value carousel post you create
🚩 The same best practices for a high performing post apply, so don’t expect this tactic to carry a poorly conceived post to high engagement.
