Moong Dal(yellow split moong) - 1/2 cup (soaked for 15 mins)
Methi (fenugreek leaves) - 2 bunches
Oil - 1 tbspn
Hing - pinch
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tspn
Green Chili - 1, slit
Garlic - 2 to 3 , crushed
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tspn
Red Chili Powder - 1 tspn
Salt - to taste
