These spice rubs can be scaled up as much as you want, and you can leave the salt out too if you prefer salting on the spot.
Spicy Tahini Sauce
100g roasted romano red peppers (from 2-3 peppers - substitute with red bell peppers)
2 roasted red chillies (~20g)
1 raw red chilli
65g tahini
50g mayo
30ml lemon juice
1 garlic clove
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp Honey
Tangy Tahini Sauce
75g tahini
75g mayo
50ml water
15ml lemon juice
5g ACV
2 small preserved lemons (~40g)
1 garlic clove
Herby Tahini Sauce
75ml lemon juice
65g tahini
50g mayo
25g parsley
25g coriander
20g green chillies
1 garlic clove
1 tsp ACV
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
